We are planning a fall trip to Italy and will be in Florence from September 29 through October 3rd. We want to do the Secret Passages tour as part of our visit to Palazzo Vecchio. Is it too early to book? When do tickets become available?

I believe it is too early. We will be there about a week after you and when I went to the site to research tickets, it came back 'no bookable activities'. I sent them an email and they wrote back that it was too early. I was told to get back in touch with them end of August, so I'd suggest you try then or a little earlier.

We just bought ours for July a couple weeks ago. My understanding from them is that tickets open up somewhere between 2 to 3 months in advance. Ours opened up 2 1/2 months in advance. I chuckled because it's so fitting that their timeline is 'flexible'. Very Italian!
