Secret Passages Tour full! Venice Palazzo Ducale

The online reservation site for this 75 minute tour shows only two dates available in May, and one of our arrival date and the other is our departure date-- impossible! I am so disappointed. There are three meeting times, and none are operable. There is a minimum of two and maximum of 25 people for this minimal-cost (add 14 Euros to the entrance fee) tour. Do you recommend we just show up and see if there are any cancellations on other days/times? Is there another way to get into this area other than be part of an organized tour of 15 which makes its own separate reservations?

I would not give up hope yet, but have you tried calling? I know when I booked this tour I used the call center to book a few years ago and had an English speaking operator. Good Luck!!

From Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm. Saturday, from 9 am to 2 pm. Closed on Sundays and holidays.

Don't for get about the time differential. Call them during "their" morning work schedule. I find it more difficult to actually get connect to a person after their lunch. They also do not answer their phones during the lunch time.

But it's not the end of the world if you don't get on the Secret Itinerary Tour. The general admission is quite nice, too.
