It looks like we can book this tour through the Palace but we have to call? I didn’t see a way to do it online.
But Walks of Italy also does this tour for a higher price.
Has anyone done both? Pros and cons?

We did the SI tour in 2022 after doing it many, many years before. I think the tour helps add a lot of context to the history of the Dodge's but the current tour only scratches the surface.

Double check that Walks of Italy really has the tickets. I believe they are a third- party broker. Always best to but direct.

We did this tour last June, and booked online using the link posted previously.
The tour was very good. The palace provides the guide. Know that you cannot bring a backpack, but you can bring a smaller bag. There is a bag check room inside the palace, near the tour meeting area.
In the summer, it was VERY hot on the tour, and we skipped one room due to the oppressive heat. Outside temps were in the mid 80’s. I assume you will be going before the weather gets too hot, but something to keep in mind if the weather turns warm.
