Secret Itineraries Tour and tickets

I think I might have purchased the wrong type of tickets online for the Secret Itineraries Tour in the Doge's Palace for our upcoming trip. There are 4 adults and 4 children (15, 15, 14, & 12). I paid for 4 full priced tickets (20 Euros each) and 4 reduced tickets (14 Euros each). Was the reduced price only for EU children?

The official website says "children aged 6 to 14" and "students aged from 15 to 25" and the only qualification is that each student needs to have a student ID. Sounds like you are fine - but be sure to take the 15-year-olds' student ID cards.

@Chani - The 15 year-olds both lost their high school ids. Do they always check? Would they accept passports?

Since schooling isn't mandatory in a lot of places for over-14's, I'd assume that student ID would be asked for as proof of student status. In reality, either they'll let you in without it or they'll ask you to pay the difference.
