The guidebooks say to arrive up to an hour early and pick up our tickets for the chapel, but our reservation is at 9:00, which is when they open. Does anyone know if they open the doors to the ticket office at 8:00 or 8:30 so we can pick up our tickets, I hate to arrive too early and have to stand around. It also sounds like they have a mandatory bag check at the museum, but I wanted to double check this is for larger bags, and not just small purses. We will be on our way out of town and want to leave our RS backpacks there before heading to the train station

Glad you could get tickets (online I am guessing). I have been trying for several days but the system refuses to send me the text for the OTP confirmation. Apparently worked for me 2 years ago, wonder if I could use the tickets from then?

And having just posted above, and after numerous attempts, my tickets went through just a moment ago. Go figure.
