for the last month and a half you can only buy tickets up to november 5th......any idea when they are going to change that?? i am going to padova and need to buy my card for nov 14th but again the website has stated since aug 9th that only tickets up to nov 5th are for sale. is this typical?

I don't know what the usual pattern of ticket availability is, but I've been to the Chapel twice--most recently in September 2022--and always just booked the entry the day before. I'm not recommending cutting it that close if you have only one day available to see the chapel, but I can't imagine there's a need to worry about a November ticket now.
While there are some sights in Europe that may need to be booked a month or more ahead of time, the number of those is very low, and the Scrovegni Chapel is not one of them.
