Would Scopello be a good destinations for relaxing plus day trips to interesting or senic places? Would a week be too long?

Scopello is a good place to spend some time, if you have a car; but I don't know about a week. And one possible problem is the availability of suitable accommodations in Scopello, I'm not seeing any listed in the Michelin Guide. Suitable accommodations are more available in nearby Erice or Palermo. I can give specific properties, if needed send PM.

YES!!
Scopello is a beautiful little town that would be excellent for relaxing. You would need a car. Scopello is close to Castellammare del Golfo and the Zingaro Reserve. Segesta, Erice, San Vito and Trapani are easily reached.
A week may be a little too long though.

I stayed in the family run La Tavernatta Inn in Scopello and hiked for a day in Zingaro.
Fabulous!!!
I would think that 2 days would be a nice relaxing break in Scopello.
