Schedules on Norwegian Airlines

I am looking to book a flight to Rome next year for June. Would like to fly Norwegian, as they are the only non-stop I can find from SFO/Oakland to Rome. Right now their website is only showing flights through October, none after that. I have heard they are seasonal, but am wondering if anyone knows when they typically release their flight schedules. I would like to start making accommodation plans since we will be traveling in busy month of June, but really cannot until I know the date we will get there.
And, yes....I tried calling to ask the airline but after 2 tries of being on hold for over an hour I gave up.
Thank you!
Karen

hey hey Karen
don’t think schedules are up. I’ve read that Norwegian is stopping the Oakland airport and all flights are going be out of San Francisco airport, may start early part of year.
we will be flying out next month but to Paris. You may have a layover and how long don’t know. also read airitaly.com maybe starting up too. I would sign up with their newsletters and see what the news is.
you can look at kayak.com to look at flights in June, save what you like or put alerts when price changes, not knowing what your budget is. Since it’s summer season, find what suits and book it, it just seems to go up up up.
are you looking for hotel or apartment? Save what you like and check cancellation policy. good luck enjoy

This article may help:

It says that while they are moving a number of flights from Oakland to SFO to attract more business customers, they plan to keep the Oakland to Rome route, for summer only. That should include June, but next year’s schedule for that route has not been released yet.

Being on hold for an hour when I tried to call an airline would give me a bit of pause about booking with them.

Be very, very careful with Norwegian. Do a Google search to see what I mean.

Thank you for the info regarding SFO flights, I had missed that news. Guess I will wait awhile at this point to hopefully score some decent prices.

It is best to sign up on their platform; they will advertise to you email the sales for next summer. The spring 2020 sales have not even come out yet
