Scavi Tours, St Peters

I am researching how to request this tour and have seen that people have requested by email. Is that acceptable to the Excavations Office or should I submit a written request via fax as I am seeing on the website? Email seems like it would be easier, but I want to do it correctly. Thanks so much!

In 2019, we requested tickets by email. I can't imagine that they would have gone "backwards" to wanting requests by fax. Does the website not still say that requests are taken by email?
