I have tried faxing (011-396-6987-3017), also email ([email protected]) My emails don't go thru, and fax does not go thru. Anybody have any other ideas? We are going to be in Rome beginning in October for 2 weeks. Thanks Russ I have RS pocket Rome book

I seem to remember someone else having problems with their email not getting through. I think it was their domain. Hotmail, maybe? Do you have another email address you can use? Also, I believe the fax should be 011-39-06-6987-3017. You're missing a 0.
