Hello, we have tried to email and seek reservations for Scavi tickets. We wish to coordinate with Vatican tickets and timing. We have not heard anything regarding the Scavi tickets and was trying to fax our request in hope for a faster response however we did not have any luck with the international fax number given to us. Does anyone have any suggestions or possible there is another number we can try. Thank you! Arla

When did you contact them? I know that due to the large amount of requests they receive that it can take some time for them to respond.

I always use this form for the Scavi…I have never had any issue getting tickets.

It is the official booking request form on the Scavi website.

Thank you all for the link to the form. I am now having trouble with the format to provide my phone number on the linked form. I have tried many iterations. What format do you use for them? Our area code is 610. Thanks for your help.

Mayam…did you enter your country code before your number?
For the US, it is…
+1 then area code then phone number

Did you enter your date as…
Day…Month…Year? For example, today’s date is 09/05/2024
Did you enter number of persons as 01…02…03…etc
Did you fill out the info required in the Notes portion?
1. Language requested…English
2. Any alternative days or periods to what is indicated in the Visit Date field.
3. List of names of participants.
Did you fill in the Captcha code?
Or is it just your phone number that is the problem?
Maybe…01 (instead of +1) then area code then phone number?

When are you trying to reserve the tour? If too far in advance, the Scavi Office may not be scheduling for that date yet…hence why you have not had a response to your email.

Tried faxing as suggested on reservation site but fax would not go through.
decided to email as email site on bottom of reservation site
received a response rapidly with a requestion form to fill out ( similiar to form on fax) .
i filledin and sent email and received an immediate response
