I would like to learn to make some great Italian sauces while I am in the lakes region the first two weeks of October. Any ideas who I might contact? Thx, Cheryl

I took a class at Il Caminetto in Varenna at Lake Como. We learned two sauces in addition to fresh pasta, gnocchi and risotto. The class took most of the day and they will pick you up in town and return you after the class. The price is very reasonable. The class was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip to Italy.
