We are planning to take a large group of 14 to visit the springs in September. I know there is a free area to access the springs but I was curious about the spa treatments as well. We will be visiting on a Wednesday so hopefully not too crazy. Any advice would be appreciated.

Three years ago, we walked from Montemerano to the springs. We just did the free bit and it was wonderful to do that on a rainy cold day.
Make sure you do not wear silver jewels.
