We are staying in Montalcino in October. Are there any good Saturday markets in towns near Montalcino (meaning within a 30 minute drive)?
There are a few. Buonconvento, 20 minutes.
Could be combined with Castiglione d'Orica 35 minutes or with Asciano 20 minutes. All very different towns and worth a visit.
