Sardinia in late October?

We have a window to travel in the second half of October. Any guidance on what the weather in Sardinia might be like that time of year. We have traveled to Sicily and other parts of Italy fairly extensively, looking for a new adventure. Also appreciate tips on where to go on the island if we have a week. Thank you!

Sardinia is great in summer or late spring, but it wouldn't be my top choice in autumn. Weather varies depending on location and altitude. More or less it's the weather of the rest of the Med (likely rainy). Check wunderground.com for averages
