Arriving end of the month, wrong time I know, finding it difficult to find accomodation. Want a hotel on the beach, or in Cinque Terre, with a view, balcony and bathroom, price is not an issue..thanks...K

A few years ago we stayed in a castle (how we got there is a long story) in a small town call ZOAGLI, it's between Santa Margherita Ligure and Cinque Terre. It's the only castle in town. We had an AMAZING view and next to the clastle there is a small restaurant with the most delicious food I had ever eaten.
Canevaro or Canavaro Castle, you could google it and check it out.Nice travels!

We've stayed at Lido Palace Hotel in 2001 & 2004 and enjoyed it. We've had the corner room, nice view but no balcony and perfectly located. It was great for a family as it had a livingroom also. I was able to find a discounted rate on a site and they matched it.

we had a great experience at the Metropole in SML, you might also try Sestri Levanti (about 10 miles from SML). The Villa Balbi is reasonably priced, great location, and with great breakfasts.
