Has anyone been to San Vincenzo, Italy and/or do you know anything about it? A relative recommended Cecina and we ended up make a reservation at a hotel in San Vincenzo instead, but know nothing about the area or town. This is our first visit to Italy and this the first place we go after arriving in Pisa.

I can see that it is on the coast southwest of Siena near Elba. Its not on the tourist path. Not where first timers normally go. Enjoy...

I have stayed there. It iis a town on the coast. It is off the normal path butis close enoug you can use it as a base. But you will need a car and you can do day trips to Lucca, Pisa, San Gimiagno, siena and you can get to Capri
