Does anyone have any information about this? I know when it's being held but any info about the location of train station to the town center would be helpful.Thanks!

San Minato is on the Pisa-Florence Train Line. From Florence it costs about E3.50 to ride one-way on the train. The train station to the town center where the festival is held is about 4 km UPHILL!
There is a bus that runs from the train station to the lower piazza of the town. It costs about E1.50 and you can get your tickets at the Tabacchi shops - there used to be one in the station. Once you ride the bus up the hill, you get dropped off in a lower piazza and still have to head up for the center of town. It is a very picturesque hill town!

I loved San Miniato. I drove but the train goes to San Miniato Basso and you need to go up hill to San Miniato old town. I think it was about a mile from train station. They do have wonderful truffles. Trip advisor and click on traveler photos you will see some pictures. You can google San Miniato Pisa but you will get alot of info of church in Florence.
