You're the first one to ask about San Marino in a long time. I haven't stayed there. But if I did, I'd get a list of Michelin Green Guide lodging selections and here's how you do that: go to viamichelin.com, input 47890 San Marino (that exact phrase) in the mapfind box, click hotels, and it will list 8 or 10 good ones with details and websites. And enjoy little San Marino!
