San Marco Basilica skip the line

I am sure this has been addressed, but I can't find a search feature on the forums. We plan to buy the Venezia Unica Card with the San Marco Pack and the Transportation option. Will this allow us to skip the line at the Basilica or must we also buy a E2 reservation pass for the Basilica?

We also plan to pay for the Basilica museum and the Golden Altarpiece admissions. Can we purchase those in advance and does that allow us to skip the line?

The search function is at the top of each page right in the middle, in the slightly gray area with a magnifying glass and the word "Search". Click or tap on that and you can search.

If you happen to be using an iPad, the gray search box is directly above the title of your post....I use it frequently! :)
