Anybody ever have a problem with receiving a confirmation from Rossi Carla? They returned e-mails quickly until I sent the credit card information. Now they won't return an e-mail (or answer the phone). They promised a confirmation as soon as I sent off information ...but nothing!

Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from hotels, especially if they are small and privately owned. They are on "Italian time". How long has it been?

We stayed a Rossi Carla in an apt. in the city in 2007. Don't remember response time. It was a great place. Italians can take a while to answer, some are better than others. Jerry and Stelly

Finally heard back...I am going to have to remember to take into account "Italian time". Nice to hear that the apartments are nice - I had heard that from someone else too. Looking forward to seeing Italy. Thanks!

Italian time, oh yes, get used to that. I stayed in three of Carla Rossi's accomadations a few years back (long story why I was in three). One was a small apartment just off Piazza Cisterna and another was a tower room ON Piazza Cisterna. The room was called Bella Vista (beautiful view) and WOW! was it aptly named. Great location, great room, and great people. The third was an agriturismo just outside of town (vinyard, pool, veranda, etc.). All were great, so you should have a great time.
