What is the easiest and fastest way to get to Venice after we leave Positano.

The train from either Naples or Salerno.
Flying from NAP to VCE with EasyJet is another option, but probably not as fast as the train door to door, once the airport transfer times and air travel security procedure are taken into consideration.

From Positano to Salerno, you can go via bus (change in Amalfi) or by ferry (seasonal).
From Positano to Naples, you can take a bus to Sorrento then the commuter train to Naples.
Another, more expensive but more comfortable option, is to take a private car transfer from Positano to Naples. I think the price is around €100.
