Salerno Ferry to Maiori or Monori?

This coming May, Interested in staying at Mairori on the Amalfi coast and checking out other coastal towns via ferry.
However after much searching, seems no direct ferry from Salerno AND nearest town of Minori
seems to only have one or two ferry boats a day on Friday & Saturday ONLY. : ( Anyone know if
there's other ferry options? Don't really want to do the coastal bus thing. Other option is to
bail on Miaori and find a different town with better ferry service. Seems other ferry operators only
work during Summer months... bummer considering this area looks really great.

Why not take the ferry from Salerno to Amalfi and then backtrack to Maiori or Minori? It seems there are ferries between Amalfi and Maiori/Minori (according to the travelmar site).

We are looking at that option. The ferry schedules from Salerno to Amalfi are better than Minori and we could take a short SITA bus ride to Mairori. After factoring the total travel time and cost, we're probably going to just take the SITA bus from Salerno to Maiori to avoid the backtracking from Amalfi. If we do decide to ferry-sightsee Amalfi coast, we'll just catch a quick bus ride to Amalfi and ferry from and back. etc.
