Eurostars Roma Congress. Modern, safe, clean. Good breakfast. Running about 50 euros per night. Rather far out to the east, but has shuttle to Termini and back (into town once in the am and two shuttles back: late afternoon and fairly late at night.

Last summer we stayed at a new b&b called Armonio All 'Opera, which we found on venere.com. Venere.com is like the European version of Expedia. The price was 90 euro including breakfast. It is located on Via Viminale across the street from the Roma Opera House and next to the Ristorante Amatriciano. It is about 10-15 minute walk from Stazione Termini. The young owner speaks very good English if that is important for you.
