Then around May 10 – leave Amalfi coast and make our way down to Calabria. Again, with a baby it will take couple of days. In Calabria, we would like to spend between 3 to 4 weeks there. The idea is to explore the Calabria region and maybe parts of Sicily during this time. Any recommendations on; which town to stay in? Again want to be able to make day trips so close to other towns is important. Thinking Taormina...feedback? Around June9, we'll make our way to Palermo, Sicily and take an over night ferry to Genova. From there we will drive to Provence, France and spend a week there. And then drive back to Switzerland. I would be grateful if people could provide recommendations on the above itinerary. Also, ideas on; overnight stops between Deiva Marina and Amalfi coast and between Amalfi coast and Calabria.
