I have been lurking for awhile. I will be traveling solo on the VFR tour 11.14.08. My old college roommate was supposed to join but she could not make it and I am wondering if anyone will be on this tour. I extremely excite and I and counting down the days!!!

Sorry Jeannie, I'm not going to be on the tour with you (so wish I was). I just recently returned from my own trip throughout Italy and all I wanted to say is, you are going to absolutely love it. So glad you didn't back out when your friend did because I'm sure the tour group will take you under their wing and you'll have a blast with them. I did our trip ourselves but if I was to take a tour, it would be a RS tour. I hear they're great. Believe me, it will be a trip that you'll never forget. Venice, Florence and Rome is like something you will never experience anywhere else...purely magical! One word of advise....ENJOY!!
