RS 'find tours and interviews' on his Audio Europe app

Using my Android phone I have downloaded the app and selected Italy and 'find tours' but cannot find any audio tours for Florence although when I access RS website on my desktop, there are lots of audio tours on Florence, however, I can only 'listen' and am not able to 'download' to the desk top.

Anyone know how I can do that or, better still, find and download them on my phone?

So on the app do you see Find Tours?

when I click on that on my app, it takes me to the various countries and you can select Italy and then you select what you want to listen to and it automatically downloads. I’ve never tried to do anything on a desktop.

To download, find the tour and click listen or download. When it starts playing there should be a white control bar displayed. Click on the three vertical dots on the right - there should be a Download option so you can save to your desktop as an mp3 file.

And I just found these instructions - I'm on an Android tablet right now and the specific Android instructions work:

How to download: The option to save will appear with the following action on your device:

PC: Right-click the download links below
Mac: "Control click" the download links below
Android: Tap and hold the download link
iOS: iPhones, etc. don't allow this (get the app instead!)

I just checked my app which I've had on my phone for years. Below "Italy" there is a separate New Track called "Italy (Venice, Florence, Rome)" on my iPhone. When I just first checked the app, it wasn't there, but then after a couple of times of going in and out of the app, all the new tracks appeared.

The app is informative and can be helpful, but I still think about the time we tried to follow an audio tour on the Vienna Ringstrasse. We just couldn't make what he was saying align with us on the tram. It just made us laugh so hard; we felt like lost kids on a merry go round. I've never really tried another audio tour in live action since then!

Hi KD, thanks for that - I have now managed to get the second Italy (Venice Rome and Florence) and it wasn't there a few hours ago!

Hi Carol, thanks for taking the trouble to reply. If you see KD's reply, you'll see why I couldn't find the Venice, Florence and Rome audio tours.
