The Vatican website would be unlikely to provide information about St Peter in Chains (a different St Peter's from the Vatican basilica), and I did not see a website for St Peters in Chains. If she specifically wants that type of rosary, I've seen them available from various internet sources. If she wants a rosary from that basilica, some types will be available. It may be hard to determine the specifics without being there (since church gift shops are often small, without phone, etc).

Was on the official Vatican gift shop website & didn't see any listed. The wood rosaries were listed from $19 to $152, yes dollars.
