The IgoUgo site has an address for it. Also, it's been reviewed a few times on Tripadvisor.

I had no problem contacting her. I also have the Italy 2012 email address. Try it again [email protected], she takes a few days to get back to you but I am staying there this October and have been able to communicate with her just takes her a while to respond.
