Could anyone tell me if 2 hours is enough connection time in London Heathrow airport - when traveling from Boston to Rome, and return Venice to London Heathrow, to Boston ? Before booking my flights, I'd like to know that we'll be able to make the connection. Thank you in advance for any tips on this. Sue
Assuming the first leg of your flight is on time, two hours are plenty. I'm assuming you are flying on one ticket with BA. If you are flying on separate tickets where the European leg is on a low cost airline (like Easyjet), then you need more, because the low cost airlines do not transfer luggage and require luggage pick up and checking in again.
Heathrow Airport's website has a wonderful connection tool. Just put in all your details, and you'll see their recommended connection time, as well as all the steps involved: http://www.heathrowairport.com/heathrow-airport-guide/flight-connections/connection-guides
Thanks st much!
