Rome - Tuesday, April 21 - City Birthday Celebration

Our travels 'may' have us arrive in FCO on Tuesday, April 21. This is "City Day" in Rome. Can anyone advise if this is a good day to arrive or not? Our plans are flexible. Thank you for your time.
