Does anyone know of a travel guide or company that you would recommend in Rome - spring 2025?

Could you provide a bit more detail on what type of sites you want to see in Rome? Are you interested in more of a full day tour or just for specific sites?
The Rick Steves Italy guidebook provides information on guides, and also has a rating for various sites in many cities. It uses a system of triangles to rate sites and indicate how worthwhile each one is.

We need a guide for the Colosseum (all levels), the Forum, and the Palatine Hill on Fri, April 29, 2025. Originally I was interested in a skip the line ticket, since we don't really know how much time it takes to gain entry, nor how much time we want to spend, nor how long it takes to get from here to there in Rome.
There were lots of tours offered, but which is recommended?

April 29 is a Tuesday
You must have prebooked timed entry to Colosseum etc
For tour companies
Try Walks of Italy, Through Eternity, The Tour Guy
Or search this forum there are dozens of threads about tix for Colosseum etc
