Are these two bus lines part of the Roma Pass? Are they part of the ACTV system or do we have to pay separately to use them apart from the Roma pass?
No, the Trambus is not part of the pass. Yes you can use the Roma Pass on the ACTV system for the amount of days you purchase the pass.
the 110 bus and the Archeobus are both a part of the romapass. You can find the information here:
http://www.romapass.it/p.aspx?l=en&tid=19
The romapass will get you discounts on both but not free entry even if they are the first things you use the pass for.
Not sure what the ACTV system is but if you're referring to the metro, bus or trams in Rome the 110 and Archeobus are not part of that. They are sightseeing tours. Your romapass will allow you to use the metro, buses and trams in Rome for the 3 day validity of the pass expiring at midnight of the third day.

The Archeobus is a hop on/off bus and it is best used on Sunday.
Is the Borghese gallery included in the Roma Pass?
Thanks for help on previous questions
Dont mean to highjack this post, but just wondering with the roma pass, do you need to use the free ones first, or can you, say, use a free one, then the next place you go you dont want to use for the free one, so you just want it discounted?
Just wondering because it could be a hassle if you're in the vicinity of 2 places but one isnt worthwhile using up the second free one
