We will be taking the rain from Civitecchia to Rome. Our hotel is near Piazza Navona; need to know which train
station in Rome is closest.

Roma Termini but you'll likely want to take a taxi from there to your hotel if you have a fair amount of luggage.

If you take one of the Regionale trains, Roma S. Pietro is actually closer. The more expensive IC and Freccia trains don't stop there though.
