Rome Tourist Card

Has anyone ever purchased this? Does it really let you NOT stand in line? Jsut trying to compare this to buying tickets to venues in other ways (already purchsed tickets to Vatican museum/Sistine via the Vatican museum) It states:
This Rome Tourist Card covers the most important tickets like:
--Priority entrance into the Colosseum
--Entrance to the Forum Romanum and the Palatine
--Skip-the-line entrance to the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel
--Guided tour of St. Peter's Basilica
--10% discount on various attractions and excursions
It states: In my opinion, this is the best tourist pass for a city trip to Rome. With only one purchase you have all the important tickets in Rome. Even better, you don´t have to pick up the card in Rome, because you get all the tickets online. For most other Roma city passes you need to pick up the card in Rome. Click on the link for the Rome Tourist Card. During the booking process you can select your arrival date and select your timeslots. After payment, you will receive your tickets by email or you can show them via smartphone.

What line you think you can skip? There is only one security line for all kind of visitors and nobody skips it.

Then there is the line to buy the entrance tickets on the day. If you want to skip this line, simply get the entrance tickets in advance on the official websites. This is true for all Passes and for every ticket re-sellers promote on the internet as "skip the line" tickets. The truth is that there isn't a mysterious third line you can pay more to skip.

"Priority entrance to the Colosseum" means nothing. St. Peter's Basilica is free, pay for a tour if you are interested in a tour. But if you are interested in a good tour, why should you trust a scammer selling "skip the line tickets" that do not exist?

There is only one pass in Rome, the Roma Pass. No other pass is accepted at the entrance of the various sites. You have stumbled upon a re-seller that buys Roma Passes, adds an overpriced Vatican ticket purchased on your behalf, makes people think they need a tour to enter Saint Peter's without waiting in line... and makes money this way. A scam.
