We will be visiting soave this fall . Should we fly into Verona or fly into Rome and take train? Thanks

If Rome is not at all in your plans and you just want to go to Soave, then it makes no sense to fly to Rome.
I would fly to VRN with Lufthansa/Air Dolomiti (via FRA or MUC) or to VCE (via various hubs or also non stop from JFK or PHL).

Definitely Verona, it's less than 30 minutes away. My oldest son was born in Soave!
