Rome to Siena and Siena to Rome

I was about to book our train tickets from Rome to Siena on Sunday afternoon that I saw some comments about a Sena busses for the same route. Which one is more scenic? Bus or train? We stay outside Siena for 2 days then we go to Florence.
We may visit Pissa on our way to Florence. Again, bus or train for this route? Can we store our luggage in the stations?
Thanks

Yes, there are buses, and they are likely more direct. The typical train route is go to Florence, then backtrack to Siena, you could also just fast train to Florence, then bus to Siena. I am not familiar with the bus companies, maybe others are.

Pisa is out of the way on the way to Florence, I would just try to Day trip from Florence.
