Planning to travel from Rome to Siena on Friday March 31. From what I can tell, the best way for public transportation is by Seta bus. Any tips or suggestions for anyone who has done this?

I went rome to orvieto to Siena on trenitalia but you can get ther faster and cheaper and comfortably on flixbus
