Alitalia has several flights a day to Palermo, and possibly to Catania.
There may be ferry service, if you have the time.

I believe there's ferry service from Naples or thereabouts. I'm not sure where the ferry hits Sicily. Flying is definitely the fastest way to go and may also be the least expensive, depending on when the ticket is purchased.
