We have a 9 am flight to Paris on Easy Jet from Rome on a Friday morning. To allow for traffic and check in time, how early should we arrive to the airport? We will be in the Trevi area. Is leaving at 5:30-6 give us enough time?

If you are at the airport two hours prior to departure you will be fine. At that time of the morning there will be little traffic, and mostly into the city not getting out of. Without traffic a taxi will get you to the airport in about 30 min. In the worst traffic (usually the afternoon commute), plan on 45 min.
