What is the best website for buying tickets to colosseum, Forum, villa borguese, etc?
For Colosseum and Roman Forum, as well as the Palatine Hill, the official Website is colosseum.it https://ticketing.colosseo.it/en/
For the Borghese Gallery, use the official website, https://galleriaborghese.beniculturali.it/en/
Other sights have their own Websites, so you don’t have to go thru a third-party reseller
Vatican Museums:
https://www.museivaticani.va/content/museivaticani/en.html
The Pantheon site: https://pantheonrome.it/. I could never get the transaction to go through for this one, but it was not necessary to get them ahead of time. In fact, the line for those with a ticket was slightly longer than for those without when I went right at opening time last month. No one had to wait for long, though.
Site for tickets galleria Borghese is https://www.tosc.it/en/city/roma-216/venue/galleria-borghese-17529/
Would someone be able to educate me on their experience purchasing tickets to the Colosseum and the Forum. I've been on the website and it doesn't appear that tickets are on sale for my dates of July 4-5, 2025. It doesn't even appear, as of today, that tickets are available for purchase online during the entire month of June yet. Any information anyone can provide to give insight would be appreciated. Thanks so much.
Colosseum tickets go on sale 30 days in advance
You’ll need to be online 8 am ROME time and be ready to purchase ( preregister)
June dates may already be sold out
June dates may already be sold out
That isn’t the case - there appear to be standard entry 18 Euro tickets available for every day in June - even May - perhaps not at the most desirable times.
Tickets for the Colosseum go on sale approximately 30 days prior, not before
