Rome Tentative Itinerary

Hello everyone,
I'll be arriving in Rome around 9am on Dec 5, and will have my arrival day plus four full days there. I have a tentative itinerary planned, and would love opinions!

Arrival Day: Arrive at Fiumicino 9:05am, train to Termini, taxi to hotel (Nerva Boutique Hotel, by Colosseum). From there I will probably grab lunch and walk around. I don't have anything scheduled for that day really.
Day 1: Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Roman Forum, Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Palatine Museum
Day 2: Tour of Vatican Gardens; Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St Peter's Basilica and Square, Castel Sant'Angelo
Day 3: Galleria Borghese, Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona
Day 4: Victor Emmanuel Monument, Capitoline Hill, Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla

I took this itinerary from the Visit a City website and tailored it to my interests. How does it sound? I'm okay if I miss some things due to time, etc.
Also, I plan to walk most of the trip, except to and from the Vatican. Is this doable? I'm fine with taking public transportation but if it's walkable I'd prefer it.

Thanks so much!

Day 3: add Piazza del Popolo after Borghese visit, there's a well-marked path to the Pincio and then a footpath down to the Piazza.

You may want to take a bus to the Galleria Botghese, it's a rather long (generally uphill) walk from the Colosseum area.

Remember to make reservations for those places possible, as you then do not have to wait in long lines. Take the bus up to Borghese and then walk down, it is very rewarding that way.

On Day 1 since you are at Piazza Venezia. you can easily go to the Victor Emmanual Monument. Ride the elevator to the top.
