Anyone know how easy/reliable Rome taxi service is for a 5am arrival at airport?

Like the above reply, we’ve asked the hotel to arrange an early ride to the airport a couple of times at a set price. Our drivers were both on time and enjoyed driving on nearly empty streets at that hour. One even offered to stop and let us take a sunrise picture at the forum but I assured him that I’d gotten pictures on previous days and he could keep speeding towards FCO.
