Vatican is closed on Monday so other than checking your days the order is fine

Not sure about Capuchin days closed but I think that’s the only place you’ll need to check on

The days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are doing the Vatican on Saturday. Our cruise leaves Monday, not sure of boarding time but know its 90 minutes to the port. Looks like the crypts are open daily.

Looks good. On the backside of Palantine Hill is the remains of what used to be Circus Maximus. It doesn't look like much anymore, but it is still in the shape of a massive chariot race track. You should read up about it. It's cool just too look at it and walk on it.

I like your ideas a lot and it covers great stuff.

If you are traveling with your fiance, and you've already been to Rome, I'd recommend doing this tour as it's centered around your interests, but something different, fun and affordable. It's not a "free" tour, but a guruwalk, so pay-what-you-want. This guide was our favorite of all we had in Italy. https://www.guruwalk.com/walks/38348-free-walking-tour-of-ghosts-and-mysteries-of-rome

It has the added benefit of being in the evening after all the major sites are closed. It was fun do have something other than eating to do in the evening and it will be a new for you together experience.

I think your plan is good for the time you have in Rome. You have obviously thought about what you want to see (the Capuchin Crypt would never be on my list, for example!) so good work there.

Do be sure that you take the time to just walk from place to place. Enjoy a coffee or an aperitivo at a bar. Have a gelato while you walk along. The simple things can bring a lot of joy to one's trip.
