Rome--See The Miracle Players!

If you're in Rome on a Friday night don't miss the free show in the Forum by The Miracle Players. We saw them 2 years ago with our teen daughter and we all loved it.

Here's the scoop:

The History of Rome - Part I, a 40 minute comedy by Denise McNee. Follow the fortunes (and misfortunes) of the Eternal city and its protagonists in this wacky 40 minute comedy. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Miracle Players' first performance down at the Roman Forum. To celebrate, their new play encapsulates some of the funnier moments from previous years' performances. As always, the play draws its inspiration from the writings of Suetonius, Plutarch, Livy, Cicero, Shakespeare and of course Monty Python. The historical made hysterical!

Go see it, you'll be glad you did!

Thanks for the suggestion! We will be in Rome on Friday, the 27th, so we're now planning to go! I had heard about this quite a while ago, but I had completely forgotten. Thanks for the reminder. It sounds like a lot of fun, and my 3 kids (16, 12, and 12) will love it.
