We will possibly be in Rome for their birthday celebration on April 21. If you have been before, is it worth it to go? What special things do they have?

If you google "Rome events April 21" some events will come up. There may be a parade, fireworks, and special concerts, but it all depends on the city's finances. April 25 is the anniversary of Toma's liberation in WWII, and that is usually observed without much effect on tourism.
