Good Morning,
What will be the best and safe way to get from the airport to Rome and vice-versa?
FCO to the Termini Central Station (our Hotel is 2 blocks from the station)
Any suggestion will be appreciated

Again best (up for interpretation) safe, they all are safe if you take the legitimate transport.
I prefer the Leonardo Express or the Regional train. Easy to get to, get on it, sit, and you are dropped in the center at Roma Termini or a short metro ride away at Tiburtina. I prefer the regional, it is cheap and I get off at Roma Trastevere, so it is also convenient.

From the airport to Termini Station I prefer Leonardo Express to Regional train. It's quite faster.

For two or fewer the Termini Express is the obvious easy choice. It is overpriced but since the cab fares went up, for two it is still the way to go. For 3 and up, take a taxi from the queue.

If you're on a budget, the airport shuttle buses from Fiumicino to Termini take a bit longer but are clean, air-conditioned, comfortable and very safe. Tickets can be purchased at kiosks right outside the baggage area (abt. 4 euro PP) and they tell you exactly which stop to go to outside.
