Following three weeks in Italy, we will be staying our last night in Rome before flying home from FCO. I would like to find a good restaurant close to Termini (our lodging is between Termini and Borghese Museum), with a beautiful terrace view for our last dinner in Italy. Hopefully, October 3 will not be too cold to be outside!? at dinner. Thanks for any suggestions!
Batkins, I'll be curious to see what responses you get - you may want to give a budget because I've noticed meal prices can vary a lot in Roma! We are traveling in a couple weeks and are hunting for a special place for our anniversary dinner. I'll do a trip report when I get back (hopefully it won't take me too long) and maybe I'll have some good ideas for you from our trip. :)
I posted this TA link on another thread I hope there are others as these can be very pricey.

I wouldn't take this as the only reference, but look on line for blog posts and newsletters about Rome restaurants.
Nice links Roberto.
Casina Valadier looks perfect. Only takes reservations 7 days in advance. wonder how difficult it would be to get a dinner reservation?
I have always enjoyed Katie Parla's suggestions. Her cookbook is amazing. CHeck her website or her facebook pages for more lists of good places to eat. Emma was delish- tho not a room with a view, a nice modern room or a few al fresco tables.
Another good source of information (I agree that Katie Parla is excellent) is Elizabeth Minchilli.
Al Fresco in Italian actually means "in jail" or "in the slammer".
If you look to eat al fresco, I hope you like bread and water.
You are all great! You've given me a lot to research and I'm sure I'll find just the right place. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond!
