My husband and I will be spending 5 days in Rome in May and would appreciate recommendations for lunch and dinner. Some moderately priced for lunch, to more expensive for dinner. We would also would like recommendations for excellent pizza and traditional italian cuisine. We will be staying in the area of Trevi fountain, but are not opposed to going further for good meals.

You might try the 'Eat Rome' app by Elizabeth Minchilli. She's a well regarded foodie (and has another app for Venice and other cities). There are different categories of food in the 'Eat Rome' app such as pizza, etc. I find it helpful but have not vetted any of her recommendations yet.
