We want to ensure we get into the Borghese Gallery and understand we need to make a "reservation for the time" We plan on purchasing the Rome Pass at the Train Station in Rome. We would use the pass to the Gallery the next day, we are afraid we won't be able to secure a reservation at that point. We have experienced problems with the Borghese Web Site. Any experience with this pass and/or reservations for the Gallery and advice? Thanks!
Try using the call me back feature on the website. You give them your number and they'll call you back to make the reservation.

Let them know you are using the romapass. The only other option would be to contact your hotel and have them make the reservation for you. Let them know to inform the gallery that you'll be using the romapass.

You'll need to make advance reservations if you want to be sure to get in. My hotel did it for me.
I just used the call-me feature on their website, took less than 5 minutes total. I was told to go the ticket window with the Rome Pass with my reservation number, that was it, really easy.
I emailed the Borghese Gallery and asked for a reservation to use with a Roma Pass. I got a pretty quick email back with a reservation code for the time slot I asked for.
I agree have the hotel make the reservation. No problem. Buy the Rome pass when you get there and take it with you to the Museum
Thanks for asking this question, I was wondering the same thing, and worrying I'd have to pay twice. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a Roma Pass to save some money!
We bought our Roma pass at the airport on our way to catch the train to Termini. It's a great bargain. We used it for the National Museum of Rome and the Colosseum/Forum entry and discounts at Borghese. We also took buses and the Metro while there and the pass more than paid for itself.
Ask your hotel if they sell the Roma Pass - mine did. In any event, ask them to make a reservation for you now. You do not need to have purchased the pass before you make the reservation - you only need to have the passes when you get there to pick up the tickets.
